End-user license agreement

Last updated: 2026-05-06

This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal contract between you ("User") and Joao Pedro Tavares, operating under the trade name LuxView ("LuxView", "we", "us"), governing your use of the AgainstMe desktop application and related services ("Software"). By installing or using the Software, you agree to be bound by this EULA.

1. License grant

LuxView grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Software for your personal, non-commercial use, conditional on an active subscription where the relevant tier requires one. This license terminates automatically if you breach any term of this EULA.

2. Restrictions

  • You may not resell, sublicense, rent, lease, or redistribute the Software or your access credentials.
  • You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code, except to the extent applicable law expressly forbids such restriction.
  • You may not use the Software to build, train, or improve a competing product.
  • You may not remove, obscure, or alter any proprietary notices, branding, or license information.
  • You may not use the Software in any manner that violates Riot Games' Terms of Service or interferes with the integrity of Valorant.

3. Intellectual property

The Software, including all source code, design, branding, and documentation, is and remains the exclusive property of LuxView, protected by Brazilian and international copyright law. No ownership rights are transferred under this EULA — only a limited license of use as described in Section 1.

4. Subscriptions, billing, and refunds

Premium and Premium+ tiers are recurring subscriptions billed in BRL through a third-party payment processor. You may cancel at any time from the in-app billing portal; cancellation stops the next renewal but does not refund the current period. A 7-day money-back guarantee applies to new subscriptions and is described in our Terms of Use.

5. Riot Games disclaimer

AgainstMe is an independent product. It is not developed by, affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Riot Games, Inc. Valorant and all related assets, names, and trademarks are property of Riot Games, Inc. The Software accesses only data surfaces exposed by your local Valorant client and the public Riot APIs in compliance with their published terms.

6. Anti-cheat and game integrity

The Software does not modify game memory, does not inject code into the Valorant process, does not automate input, and does not interact with Vanguard. It runs entirely outside the game process, reading data only through interfaces explicitly designed for third-party clients. LuxView makes no guarantee that Riot Games will not change its policy in the future, and you acknowledge that use of any third-party software carries inherent account risk that you accept.

7. Limitation of liability

The Software is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, LuxView shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to in-game bans, loss of rank, account suspension, lost data, or service interruption — arising from your use of the Software. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Software in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8. Termination

LuxView may suspend or terminate your access to the Software at any time, with or without notice, if you breach this EULA or use the Software in a manner harmful to other users or the service. Upon termination, you must cease all use and uninstall the Software. Sections 3, 7, 9, and 10 survive termination.

9. Privacy and data protection

Your use of the Software is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available on this website. We comply with the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law No. 13.709/2018), the European GDPR where applicable, and we honor data-subject rights of access, rectification, deletion, and portability.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

This EULA is governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any dispute arising from or related to this EULA shall be resolved in the court of the consumer's domicile, in accordance with Article 101 of the Brazilian Consumer Defense Code (Law No. 8.078/1990).

11. Changes

LuxView may update this EULA from time to time. Material changes will be announced in-app or via email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Software after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised EULA.
